Morphologic Description:

    Otolith shape: oblong and large;
    Ventral margin: slightly flat, entire to slightly irregular;
    Sulcus acusticus: mesial, homosulcoid;
    Posterior margin: sharply rounded;
    Dorsal depression: oval, shallow and large covering most of area;
    Crista inferior: a low ridge from mid-ostium to mid-cauda, poorly developed at extremes;
    Crista superior: a low ridge from mid-ostium to mid-cauda, poorly developed at extremes;
    Collum: absent;
    Ostio-caudal differentiation: ventrally constricted;
    Cauda: elongate, colliculum oval and depressed in center;
    Ostium: approximately oval and slightly depressed in center;
    Pseudocolliculum: poorly developed;
    Excisura: moderately wide, notch very shallow to absent;
    Antirostrum: rounded;
    Rostrum: sharply rounded;
    Ventral depression: absent;
