Holotype: Unspecified. (Locality: probably Indonesia part of the collection of the Siboga Expedition 1899-1900).

Late Miocene: Cercado Formation, Dominican Republic; Unda core (BDP), Bahamas.
Late Miocene to Early Pliocene: Gurabo Formation, Dominican Republic.
Early Pliocene: Mao Formation, Dominican Republic.
